CCNEWS 5-27-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, What a powerful week this has been.   God is moving bringing healings, restoring families, and doing His amazing work.  And we have the privilege of working with Him in what He doing.  Thank you Jesus! This Sunday morning I am going to be sharing the second sermon in the series I began last Sunday "The Search for Child Like Faith"  This Sunday I am going to be sharing on "Risky Curiosity Sunday afternoon we will be holding our monthly GO! Galveston Outreach.   I want to encourage you to join us as we reach out to the lost.  You will find God will begin to do amazing things through you as you step out! On Tuesday May 29th, Texas will be holding our Primary Elections.  The Primary Elections decide the nominees for each Party that will face each other on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.  I want to remind you to get out and vote and continue to pray for the election on November 6th! After you vote, join us on Tuesday evening for INFLUENCE Prayer at 7:00 p.m.   We have been seeing God answering prayer and changing situations.  Come and see what God is doing!…

CCNEWS 5-6-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, Sunday in our 10:00 a.m. and again in our evening 6:00 p.m. service we will be privileged to have Evangelists Wayne and Faye Headrick with us.   After several weeks of focused prayer as we hunger and thirst after Jesus, I am so looking forward to what our King has for us this Sunday (and beyond.)   I woke this morning with the phrase "I hunger and thirst for you Jesus" ringing in my heart and mind as my intercession for more of Jesus continues to build.  There are so many testimonies of God speaking and moving in our hearts over the past few weeks.   Influence us by FIRE Holy Spirit! There are a few things I wanted to mention to you. This Sunday morning we will be holding a Vacation Bible School Bake Sale in the Ed Center coffee bar.   Come and support our summer outreach.  Important note:  Food items purchased at the bake sale still retain calories and may result in incredible tasty weight gain. CCNEWS 4-29-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, This Sunday the Holy Spirit has challenged my heart with a message I have titled "Hunger and Thirst."  This message has spoken to me very deeply and I am so excited to share what is on my heart. If you are a new believer or have questions about Christianity, come out at 9:00 a.m. for our New Believer's class.   This week's topic is: "Breaking Points"  This is an important class that talks about the sufferings and trials we face as Christians.  Meet with us in the Ed Center. For elementary age children, consider MPact Girls clubs and Royal Rangers for boys.  These clubs meet at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon in the Ed Center.   Check www.myccag.com for more information. Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. we will be meeting for a time of personal prayer and preparation as we approach the Holy Spirit Emphasis services with Wayne and Faye Headrick.   I want to encourage you to come out and spend some time in individual prayer!  We will conclude this service with Holy Communion.
