CCNEWS 11-18-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends,  Another great week is behind us and we saw God do so many things!  Praise God for His life changing power!   We will be hearing several testimonies of God's healing from last Sunday in our morning service tomorrow!   Come ready to give Jesus a shout of praise! Today we have had a great time with a Baby Shower for the ladies and a challenging Family Kick Ball tournament.  The children and teens did a great job facing off against us Parents!   We had wonderful weather and a great day of fellowship and fun!  I want to thank the MPact Girls and Royal Ranger Leaders for putting this great time of fellowship together!  This Sunday I am going to be sharing a message in the 10:00 a.m. service that I have titled "Thanksgiving - The Lord He is God!"  I know this message will challenge us and prepare us for the Thanksgiving holiday.   And again we will also be hearing some testimonies of some AMAZING miracles from last Sunday and previous weeks. CCNEWS 11-11-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, What a wild week it has been.  We have completed our national elections and re-elected President Obama for another 4 years.  Regardless who you voted for, I want to encourage you to pray for our President and our Congress!  Our nation faces many new challenges and much uncertainty. While I have heard many doom speakers, I am excited at the opportunity set before us as the Bride of Christ.   No challenge we face is greater than our God and I know He is faithful!    As I have reflected on the state of our nation I want to again remind you that Jesus is on His Throne and He is completely in control!   Let's put our trust in the King of Kings and see what our God has for us.  Some may trust in politicians and some may trust in nations and even constitutions, but we as Christians will trust in JESUS! This Sunday in our morning service, since it is the second Sunday, our children will be in service with us.  I am going to be sharing a message I have titled "Full Barns."   Come ready to be challenged!   We will also be honoring…

CCNEWS 11-4-12

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, This Sunday is Daylight Savings so remember we FALL BACK.  Set your clocks back an hour, enjoy that extra hour of sleep and come ready to worship our King! What a great week it has been for us.   THANK YOU to all of our hard working volunteers who came early and stayed late for our Fall Harvest Festival.  It was a great success and we are estimating that we had around 500 attend the outreach.  The trucks were amazing and it was thrilling to see the Word of God taught as children and families came through.  The Prayer Tent ROCKED and there was so much ministry.    Thank you to all who donated, put together those amazing trunks, cooked and setup up and cleaned up afterward! This Sunday I am going to be sharing a message from Psalm 103 titled "All Your Benefits"   I know this message will encourage you.  Come out and join us at 10:00 a.m. Sunday afternoon Royal Rangers and Impact Girls will be meeting beginning at 4:30 p.m.   Come on out and join the fun!
