Pastoral Blessing 4-27-20

Hello, Christ's Church Family!   Before I share the Blessing for this week, I want to say THANK YOU for the amazing volunteers who came out this past Saturday and served at our Disaster Relief Effort.  We saw so many lives changed.  Even in this challenging time, we were able to pray with so many people and distributed over 30,000 lbs of food to 425 plus families!   God is so good.  Thank you for being the Church in this very difficult time for our nation.  You are amazing!   Here is this week's Blessing:   In the name of Jesus, I bless you with a revelation of the precious nature of the communion we have with God and with each other through the precious blood of Jesus.   You have been forgiven and set free and placed in a fellowship of believers, so I bless you to walk into the call to be a servant.  May you know your gifts and talents and find new ways to use them to build up the body of Christ.Receive a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit in your life, giving you courage, strength, and peace as we continue to walk through this season of…

Pastoral Blessing 4-13-20

Hello, Christ’s Church Family! I miss you all so much. My heart looks forward to the day we can again gather together. Whether we fist bump or hug or whatever is the socially acceptable way of greeting, I look forward to seeing you soon. This is an interesting time and season we are walking through and we are praying for you daily and love you so much. This is a battle that we must continue to stay strong in as we fight. Are you fighting on this morning? Before I speak a blessing over you, let me direct you to the Word. This morning as I was spending time in Bible reading I read Psalm18:34 "He trains my hands for battle; he strengthens my arm to draw a bronze bow." In this day of doing new things, things beyond us all, know that God is ready to teach you and train you to fight this new battle. Get in His presence and He will give you the skills you need, the courage to face this and the strength to succeed.
